I had a pleasant stay overall at the hotel. The rooms were cosy and well-equipped, providing everything we needed, though a bit noisy at times. The service was exceptional, with friendly and informative staff. The location was convenient, especially for those flying from Newcastle Airport. However, dining options were a bit pricey with varying quality.
